    Hi there Jaime,

You will find that the availability of gluten-free items is increasing around the parks and there are new offerings every time I visit.  On my recent visit I noticed that the bakeries, confectionaries, and shops all carried several gluten-free lines including the yummy Rocky Mountain brand caramel corn and Enjoy Life life products in all shapes and sizes.  In addition, there are a few Minnie's Bake shop options that are gluten free.

Looking for something a little more exciting?  You'll definitely want to pay a visit to Baby Cakes Bakery over at Downtown Disney.  They specialize in over-the-top cookies and cupcakes for those who can't have products with gluten!  Everything in the case is beyond delicious!

For a detailed list of all of the Gluten-Free options in each park, you can send a request to specialdiets@disneyworld.com.  They will be able to send you a very informative with lots of fun options!

    Best Wishes,
