    I have heard that you can ship items to your hotel before your stay...can you do this and how far in advance?

    Hi there, Richard!

    You certainly can mail items to your Resort!

    And you can do so up to a few days out. This will ensure that Bell Services can maintain control over packages and inventory.

    When you prepare your shipping label, simply include the following information:

    Your Name (please make sure it is also on the reservation)
    c/o The Resort you will be staying at
    "Hold for guest arrival on (date), Reservation #xxxxxx"
    Street Address
    City, State Zip
