Hi, there!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Flavia. I'm so glad you stopped by!
You must be planning a visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort. Yay! Recently, "Fun Runs" have been offered at some
Resort hotels. These runs are a great way to add some casual, inexpensive, and FUN exercise to magical vacation. Usually, there's a small registration fee (around $15) that includes some type of swag and maybe even a delicious treat (think Dole Whip!). Here's a list of the "Fun Runs" that have been offered:
- The Beignet Dash at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter
- The Southernmost Point 3k at Disney's Old Key West Resort
- Seaside Sprint Fun Run at Disney's BoardWalk Inn
- The Derby Dash at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa
- All-Stars and Icons Fun Run at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort
- The Pineapple Dash at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort
- The Regatta Run at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort
- seasonal runs at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort
"Fun Runs" are considered recreational activities, so you won't find any official information about them online. Most are offered weekly, but they are subject to change. For the most up-to-date information about a particular run, I suggest calling a Resort hotel directly to speak to the front desk.
I hope this was helpful, Flavia. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have!
