    Hi, heard renovations are being done at Boardwalk. I am staying in BW Villas 2 BR lock off room Garden/Pool View in Sept and am wondering if the renovations will be done by then? I heard some rooms are not done and would love to be in a new room. TNX!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so glad that you stopped by with a question for us!

    Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation will be here before you know it, so I'm sure that you and your family are getting excited! You won't have a hard time finding things to do since you'll be right in the middle of the magic at Disney's BoardWalk Villas. I absolutely love taking an evening stroll along Disney's BoardWalk and enjoying the street performers or stopping in for coffee and a light breakfast at Boardwalk Bakery. So I just know you will have a fabulous time!

    I honestly couldn't remember if I had heard about any refurbishments going on this year at Disney's BoardWalk Villas, so I called Disney Vacation Club Member Services to ask. The Cast Member that I spoke with confirmed that they are not currently doing any refurbishments and that nothing was planned for later this year. However, these things are always subject to change so you might want to check back closer to your arrival date to be sure.
