I heard that Remy makes appearances at Chefs de France in Epcot. Does he appear all the time? Is there any way to guarantee a visit?

    Hello, Megen!

We just had a fantastic dinner at Chefs de France in Epcot, and were so surprised when Chef Remy appeared at our table!

Much like the character rotations you may have experienced or heard about in other Walt Disney World Restaurants, Chef Remy, and his assistant, of course, travel from table to table, chatting about anything from the food you've ordered to what it's like to prepare food for the guests at this particular establishment.  What's even better is that, if you don't tell your table mates what's coming, Chef Remy arrives under a lovely silver dome-covered platter atop a rolling chef's cart...they'll think that it might be a display of the dessert offerings until "Voila!"  It's CHEF REMY!

Chef Remy makes his appearances four times a day, six days a week, so just be sure to ask a Cast Member when you book your reservation, in order to maximize your chance at meeting the petite chef.  Call (407) WDW-DINE for suggestions.  (FYI:  Our reservation was on a Saturday at 5 p.m.!)

Please send any additional questions you may have as you plan your visit to Walt Disney World! I love to help!
