Hi! Heard about the Port Orleans Riverside Royal Refurbs and will be coming to WDW either April 2012 or June 2012. I have a family of 5, will these new royal rooms be able to accomodate all of us?

The new Royal Guest Rooms at Disney's Port Orleans Riverside will truly be a regal place to call "home" once they open in Spring 2012, Maggie.  Just last week I saw an announcement on the Disney Parks Blog that the specialty rooms are available for booking now!  Unfortunately, though, the new rooms can only accommodate up to four people (plus one child under the age of three in a portable crib).  Is your youngest under three, by any chance?  If so, you're in luck.  If not, and you have your heart set on the new rooms, you'd have to reserve two.  I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I hope that clears things up for you.
