I heard the new restaurant Space 20 is opening in EPCOT, do you have to park ticket and park reservation to book dinner reservation at this restaurant. Don't want to buy ticket unless I can get a dinner reservation.

    Galactic Greetings, Carole!

Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your great question about Space 220 Restaurant in Epcot.

Carole, I am so excited that Space 220 is finally opening in Epcot on September 20, 2021. I am counting down the minutes until take off! I am so eager to peer out and take in amazing daytime and nighttime views of Earth from 220 miles away.

Carole, in order to dine in Space 220, you will need both a valid Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket and a Disney Park Pass theme park reservation. However, you do not need to have your theme park ticket purchased or your Disney Park Pass theme park reservation made in advance of securing your advance dining reservation.

You can purchase your theme park ticket and make your theme park reservation after you have made your dining reservation, but I highly encourage you to verify there are Disney Park Pass theme park reservations available by visiting the theme park reservation availability calendar. Additionally, I encourage you to purchase your theme park ticket and make your theme park reservation immediately after making your Space 220 reservation.

At the present time, we do not know if or when Space 220 reservations will become available. I hope it is soon as we are only 5 days from lift-off!

I hope I have helped answer your question, Carole. If you have any other questions, please visit planDisney again. We are always hEAR to help you!
