    I have heard many mixed answers for budget. We are Going in July and have the dining plan with our Disney package. We have 2 ten year olds myself and husband. So what is a good limit on spending? First time for all of us to Disney......

    Hi Amy!
    Deciding on a good limit for spending is hard! Having the Dining Plan is a huge plus, but keep in mind that gratuities are not included so you might want to add those to your budget. You might want to establish an amount for general spending and then give everyone a specific amount for souvenirs. We usually give our kids gift cards with a certain amount and they get to add whatever they have saved or what family members give them for the trip. My children are a bit younger so we give them a $50 gift card each. Because some things are a bit expensive, we also have an extra something for those special items they can't afford. A great way to save on some extras is to bring additional snacks, rain ponchos, sunscreen, batteries and other similar items.
