I heard the Mickey and Minnie surprise celebration only goes through the end of September 2019, so should I not expect to see Mickey and Minnie in those outfits anymore in November? What will replace the Move It Shake it Dance party?

    Hi Marie!

It has been so much fun to follow the celebration of Mickey and Minnie's 90th birthday at Walt Disney World Resort this year! Magic Kingdom has been in full celebration mode all year long, with Minnie and Mickey meeting Guests together at Town Square Theater, a festive new Move It! Shake It! MousekeDance It! Street Party that runs down Main Street, U.S.A., special treats throughout the theme park and so much more!

Mickey & Minnie's Surprise Celebration will be available for Guests visiting Magic Kingdom through September 30, 2019. We haven't yet gotten any information about the magic that Guests will be able to enjoy in Magic Kingdom later this fall after the celebration ends and we don't know if Mickey and Minnie will continue to wear their adorable party outfits in Magic Kingdom when the party ends, but I'm sure the Disney Imagineers have something fun in store for us!

Just like you, I have a trip to Walt Disney World Resort in November and I'm excited to discover what will be coming to Magic Kingdom once these special celebration events depart. I recommend that you keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the latest news and announcements about everything headed to Walt Disney World Resort in time for your vacation!

Come back to see us as you continue planning your vacation if you have additional questions we can help you with. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
