HI! I heard that you can mail packages to the resorts up to two weeks before your date of arrival.... Does that include the new one The Art of Animation? We will be staying there in October.

    Hi there, Tracy!

Guests at any Walt Disney World Resort hotel are welcome to have packages mailed to them in advance of their stay. And yes, this does include the new Disney's Art of Animation Resort (which looks pretty amazing!).

You will need the following information on your address label in order for the package to make its way to you:

The primary name on the reservation
C/O the hotel you are staying at/ Front Desk
    The address of the hotel
"HOLD for guest check in and the date (feel free to include your confirmation number if you'd like)"

    For example:

    Tracy
C/O Disney's Art of Animation Resort Front Desk
    1850 Century Drive
    Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830
    Hold for Guest arrival 5/15/12

Incidentally, that is the mailing address for the hotel. :)

    Have a wonderful time!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
