Welcome back to planDisney, Jaynee! Your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is getting closer. I know you must be getting excited and starting to think of those details that will make your vacation magical. With kids, I like having a few snacks and easy breakfast items in our room so we can grab something quick and head to the parks to make the most of those
Early Entry Hours.
You are correct that you can have groceries delivered to your resort. I have used Instacart in the past with groceries coming from Publix, a pretty popular grocery store in Florida. To do this easily, I downloaded the app and signed up for an account. You can also get to Instacart directly from the Publix website. There are other services available, like Garden Grocer. Many of these do day-of ordering or you can order in advance for your resort arrival date.
To set up your delivery, you will need the resort delivery address, which you can find on the
Walt Disney World Resort website by searching for it by name and pulling up the specific resort's main page. On your order, make sure you include your name, the word "guest" and your arrival date. If your groceries arrive before you do, they will be delivered to Bell Services. If you are having anything delivered that requires identification, like alcohol, you will need to meet the driver as Bell Services cannot accept these on your behalf. Bell Services will hold your groceries for you to pick up or you can have them delivered to your room for a
small fee. And including just in case: there are slightly different
delivery services for All Star Resort to be mindful of if this is your home for this vacation.
If you forget anything on your list (speaking from experience), check the stores and restaurants in your resort. I feel like you can find just about everything you need.
Cheers,
Jana
