    Hi!! I heard that kids can get their first haircut at the park. Is this true? And if so, where can I find any information to have this special service done while we’re at Disneyland with our little one. Thanks!!

    Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so excited that you will be taking a vacation with your little one to the Happiest Place on Earth. I've got some good news and some bad news for you. The good news is that there is a wonderful location to get a magical and memorable haircut on Disney property. Unfortunately, the Harmony Barber Shop is actually located in Magic Kingdom of the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and not in the Disneyland Resort in California. We were able to take my son for his first haircut there and it definitely was a unique experience. If you find yourself in Florida even when it is not your child's first haircut, you are still welcome to schedule a regular haircut here any time. Just call (407) 939-7529 to make an appointment.

    When you travel to the Disneyland Resort with a baby or toddler there are many accommodations available to make your trip as carefree as possible. Baby Care Centers are located in Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park to provide quiet and private spaces for feeding and changing your little one. Tiny toilets are available for potty-training kiddos as well. Here you can also find a supply of essentials if you forget anything such as diapers, sunscreen, or pacifiers, for example. These have been such a lifesaver for my son!
