    i've heard that some guests get surprise gifts in their hotels room for their birthday as well as gifts in the park given out by cast members who just see your birthday button.. does it depend on the hotel your staying at? how r the gift given out at parks

    Hi Amanda!

        Happy Birthday to the guest in your group that will be celebrating - I can't think of a better place to be than at the most Magical Place on Earth!!!  While I have never heard of guests receiving actual gifts from Cast Members, it is quite common  to get a sweet treat to top off your meal! 

          I would absolutely pick up a birthday pin at your hotel, or at any Guest Relations desk in the parks.  Also, be sure to let them know when you check in that you have someone celebrating a birthday.  The Deluxe Resorts are known for leaving cupcakes or another goodie in your room - but I can't guarantee it.  While you are at it, be sure to check out this link for other great birthday ideas!
