    I have heard the Grapefruit cake at the Brown Derby is a must try, but we don't plan on eating a meal there. Is it OK to order a dessert as take-out? We are also on the dining plan, would this count as a snack?

    Hi Lisa,

    This isn't the first question I've seen about this Grapefruit cake, so I think it's something I'm going to have to try on my next visit!

    You'll be happy to know that this dessert is available at the Starring Roles Cafe (which is right next to the Brown Derby) and it's a participating location for the Disney Dining Plan.
