I just heard the exciting news that the Skyliner will be in operation by the end of September. I’m staying at the Pop Century Resort. Where will it be located at the resort to board? Thanks

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tammy!

It sounds like you're super excited about the Disney Skyliner opening on September 29 this year, which is great news because I am too! I've also booked myself a stay at Disney's Pop Century Resort this fall so I can experience this brand new mode of transportation for myself. I'm really looking forward to riding in some of those new Disney-themed gondolas that we've seen being tested recently!

The Disney Skyliner station that services Disney's Pop Century Resort will be located on Generation Gap Bridge, which is the bridge that spans Hourglass Lake connecting that Resort Hotel to Disney's Art of Animation Resort. The '60s buildings are going to be the closest to the station, but it shouldn't be more than a five to 10-minute walk from anywhere else on the grounds. From there, you'll be able to board a gondola for yourself and glide through the sky to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and Disney's Hollywood Studios. When Disney's Riviera Resort opens this December, it'll be connected on that part of the Disney Skyliner as well!

I hope this answers your question, Tammy, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
