I've heard that during the Christmas season the parks may close early like 11:00 am due to crowds. What happens if you have a meal reservation and the park has closed due to crowds? Will they let you in?

Hi Jenifer, You are absolutely right, the theme parks do close once they have reached capacity. As the week between Christmas and New Years Day is one of the busiest weeks of the entire year, there is a chance that this could happen with Christmas Day being the most likely. Unfortunately, even if you have a dining reservation at a restaurant situated within one of the parks, this does not mean that you will be granted access if the park has been closed due to reaching capacity. In order to avoid this situation when travelling during very busy times of year, I would try to plan to visit one park each day and make your dining reservations for a restaurant within the park that you plan to visit. Or alternatively, you could make a dining reservation at a Disney Resort for a time when you feel you will be ready to leave the park for the day. Wishing you a magical trip!
