James from NY Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I had heard that the Disney Dream will be showing "Animation Magic" in Animator's Palette restaurant on 5 night cruises. Is this true? We may be looking at sailing July 2025.

Welcome aboard, James! How wonderful that you are starting to plan for next year. Having a Disney Cruise to look forward to is the best!

Disney Cruise Line has some of the most unique restaurants onboard. I stopped by and spoke to a shoreside agent, and they confirmed that Animation Magic is a special offering on Disney Fantasy and Disney Magic. Things can always change as new ships join the fleet and others change itineraries. While it's not currently available on the Disney Dream, there are plenty of other magical experiences to enjoy onboard!

I can’t wait for you to experience “Beauty and the Beast” in the Walt Disney Theatre. It’s one of my favorites! On longer voyages, there’s often an evening and afternoon performance. If you have any thrill-seekers in your crew, they won’t want to miss the AquaDuck. There’s a four-deck drop as you twist and turn around the ship. It’s a splashing good time!

Thanks for cruising by planDisney with your question! Whether you're a seasoned sailor or setting sail for the first time, our planDisney crew is ready to help make your adventure with Captain Mickey as magical as possible.

    Happy planning!
