I have heard that if you have a Disney Credit Card you have an opportunity to participate in a special character experience at EPCOT. Could you tell me more about that?

    Kaila:

This is one of our family's "must-dos" each time we visit Epcot.

Although the Disney Visa card website says the "location may vary," it has never been in another location beside Innoventions West in the afternoon for a three-hour window (usually 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.) since I have been getting my free photo since 2006 or so. However, I always caution guests to check with Guest Services on the time and location when you arrive at the park as you never know when Disney may just vary that time and location!

I find that its spot in Innoventions does not scream "Character Meet and Greet." (Just look for the line of folks hugging the wall!) The line moves rather quickly and as you approach the podium, the cast member will ask to see your Disney Visa card. You'll be given a PhotoPass card along with a voucher to take to the Photo Shop at the front of the park (on the left-hand side as you leave, across from Spaceship Earth). There, you can use your voucher to get your 5 x 7 photo for free. Best of all, you can add borders to your picture that can include a special occasion or date.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Whitney, Mississippi

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
