I have heard the crowds are much lower during October. We will be in WDW October 15-25. I noticed in the past they did not offer free dining. I thought it would be offered to increase visitors. What is your thought?

    Hi, Allie!

Special Offers, including Free Dining, are just something that we have to go with what they offer!  Just when we seem to notice a pattern with offers and dates, it changes, so you will have to keep checking HERE for the latest deals.

Sometimes it is easy to figure out why some dates are "black outs" during offers - holiday breaks, special events, or other celebration.  Other times, the black out dates seem to be totally random, but perhaps there are large groups or heavy bookings during that week so they exclude those dates for their deals.

My best advice is be flexible if you can, and hopefully you can arrange your vacation to get the best price possible for your magical vacation.  Good luck!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
