    I had heard that if you book your next vacation before you leave WDW, you can sometimes get free dining for your next trip. If so, is there a time frame of when you have to take the next trip by?

    What you are referring to is called a "Bounce Back" offer and it is a great perk only available to Disney resort guests. The offer can vary between "Free Dining", certain percentages off a resort stay, or other benefits that Disney comes up with. Usually there is literature in the hotel room. You are correct that the next vacation must be booked (and a deposit given) BEFORE you leave your current stay. The vacation usually must be taken in the same calendar year as the trip is booked.
