I heard there is a barbershop on Main St. @ MK. Is that correct? I have a res @BBB for my dd's 10 & 1 (1st haircut maybe) & don't care who does her hair aslong as it gets done. Is there a # for the barbershop to find out info like cost?

Amy, the Harmony Barber Shop on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom is a great place to take a child for a first haircut.  My son had his first haircut there in September and it was an event I'll always remember.  Beverlene, the stylist, had all kinds of fun distractions at hand so that my son would be as still as possible while she clipped away with her scissors.  Bubbles, spinning light toys, stickers, and a Disney movie playing on a nearby TV all helped to entertain him during his haircut.  Once his blonde locks had been trimmed, she presented us with a certificate and a pair of "My 1st Haircut" Mickey ears small enough to fit him.  She also gathered up some of his hair and wrapped it up with a sprinkle of pixie dust for us to take home for his baby book.

While I don't have a phone number to give you, I can tell you that currently, pricing for haircuts at the Harmony Barber Shop is as follows:

    Children (ages 1-12) - 14.91
    Adults - 18.11

Of course, pricing is always subject to change but hopefully that gives you an idea.  Also, you mentioned a reservation at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.  Do keep in mind that children must be over age 3 to participate there.  The Harmony Barber Shop would be an ideal alternative for your 1 year-old.  Have a great trip!
