I've heard that Avater inspired land is coming to WDW in Animal Kingdom in the future! I was wondering what is hot over there because I'm Japan like my country is not capable to catch these trend stuffs and I'm dying to know these awesome informations!!

    Hi Ayuka!

Thanks so much for visiting the Moms Panel. How exciting is it that an AVATAR-Inspired Land is now under construction at Disney's Animal Kingdom? I can tell that your are just as eager as I am to see how wonderful this new addition will be to an already beautiful theme park.

Chairman of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Tom Staggs, provided a first look of AVATAR-Inspired Land for Guests. His article on the Disney Parks Blog shared amazing visuals of what's in store, and even updates on nighttime experiences that will be added to Animal Kingdom. It will be spectacular to see floating lanterns and animal imagery over Discovery River.

The Disney Parks Blog recently covered the ceremonial groundbreaking of the AVATAR-inspired Land, and hinted at the magic of Guests being able to fly with banshees, witness floating mountains and interactive, glowing plants! For more information about the groundbreaking ceremony, read here: Construction Begins at AVATAR-Inspired Land At Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog for even more information about AVATAR-Inspired Land, and many other awesome Disney Parks Guest experiences.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
