I have heard that the Ariel rooms at AOA are quite a walk from the food court and bus station is this true? If so can you recommend the best building to stay in at Pop Century that is our second choice for our trip in March 2015?

    Hi, Gina!

The Little Mermaid Rooms at Disney's Art of Animation Resort are about a 5-10 minute walk from the lobby where the buses and Landscape of Flavors are located. It could be a little more or less depending on how fast you walk. When I stayed there, I spent an entire day just walking around the Resort grounds because the attention to detail just blew my mind! You would need to walk through The Lion King section in its entirety before you reach the Finding Nemo section where the lobby is. It's really a beautiful Resort and the theming is amazing!

At Disney's Pop Century Resort, the 1960's buildings are closest to the front lobby. Most of those rooms are in the "preferred" category for booking purposes. I love this Resort as well, and the cool thing is that both of these awesome Resorts are connected by a bridge that you can walk over if you did choose to spend some time looking around.

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel, Gina, and I hope this helps. Whichever Resort you choose, I'm sure you'll love the experience with the larger-than-life icons all around you!

Wishing you and your family a Pixie Dusted vacation!
