I've heard that annual passholders can receive discounts on the resort hotel rooms, among other things. Does it make sense to purchase an annual pass to get these discounts? What are the discounts like currently?

Well Barbra it would seem like a good idea to get the annual pass if there are great discounts however, being an annual passholder myself I don't think we have ever been able to use this option. The specials are random and it is mostly for the down times when they are trying to fill rooms. We never seem to hit the right time for the discount! We find that the bounceback offers work best for our planned vacations.

There are other benefits for being an annual passholder. Some restaurants, tours, and stores will offer some good discounts and we have used this quite often during our stays. If you come for more then two weeks during a year it is worth getting the annual pass.
