    I heard that when Animal Kingdom opens, there is a small event with characters to say kind of like a Good Morning at the gates of Animals Kingdom? is that true?

    Hi Angelica,

    At Animal Kingdom, the castmembers allow visitors through the turnstiles about 15 minutes or so before the park opens.  Until it opens there is a rope stopping visitors from entering far into the park.  All the guest gather around the rope and one family is picked to drop the rope.  Before that happens, a van full of Disney characters comes by to welcome everyone to the Animal Kingdom.
