I've heard about an alcoholic drink that you must try when in Disney. I believe it's served at the Poly and served in a fresh pineapple. It's not a pina colada. Do you know what it is?

Ah, you're referring to the infamous Lapu Lapu.  It is a particularly festive looking drink, served up in a fresh pineapple and adorned with those cute little paper umbrellas.  It's made with rum and bacardi and some splashes of different fruit juices I believe.  It's quite tasty but, in my experience, it doesn't pack a very powerful punch.  If you're looking for a fruity concoction served up in an island style, the Lapu Lapu is the drink for you!  Aloha!
