Hi Carl!
Disney's Animal Kingdom is such an incredible theme park that perfectly combines entertainment with conservation and animal education. I have many fond memories of riding the
Wildlife Express Train to enjoy
Conservation Station and the
Affection Section with my kids. It was a great opportunity for my little ones to learn about animal care and veterinary medicine and for them to interact with animals like goats, sheep and more. Unfortunately, the Wildlife Express Train, Conservation Station, Rafiki's Planet Watch and Affection Section are currently closed. However, the mission of conservation and education continues in Disney's Animal Kingdom, so I recommend that you keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for announcements about new experiences you can enjoy during your vacation.
If you are interested in learning more about the animals at Disney's Animal Kingdom during your trip, I recommend that you consider booking the
Up Close with Rhinos tour. My family took this tour in November and it was an incredible experience! You are able to learn from the Cast Members who care for Disney's Animal Kingdom's white rhinos, who will teach you all about these incredible animals! We loved hearing all about each rhino's unique personalities and learning about how they are cared for at the theme park.
T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
