I hear on most rides u can put your bag at your feet while u ride. On rides where you can't do that are there lockers right there? (No front-of-park locker - too far). Solution? Can we rider-switch a backpack? List rides where bags prohibited pls.

Hi Jody! Welcome back to planDisney!

The countdown to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is super close to its end! Before you know it, you'll be turning the corner down Main Street, U.S.A., and catching your first glimpse of Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom Park. It doesn't matter how many times I visit, I still get teary-eyed when I enter Magic Kingdom Park on the first day of my vacation. My family has so many special memories there and I know you will make lots for yourself soon!

I always have a backpack with me in the theme parks! As a family of four, we have four ponchos, snacks, water bottles, handheld fans, sunscreen, and more when we head to the theme parks, so it is a full-sized backpack. I'm happy to tell you that I take it with me on every ride and place it at my feet. Even on Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith in Disney's Hollywood Studios which is a thrilling roller coaster with loops!

There aren't any rides that have lockers or a spot to place your backpack off the ride, so you have to take it with you. As I mentioned, it has never been an issue for me. I simply place the bag between my feet and put my foot through a strap on the more thrilling rides. I'm sure putting my foot through the strap is unnecessary, but it gives me peace of mind.

I hope you have the BEST vacation, Jody! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
