Disney Springs Bridge, lights; Crab House Boat

    I hear you can pick up key cards so you don’t have to use your phone for everything. Are these only available at Disney Springs and if so where exactly? We don’t have the magic bands because don’t want to pay extra for those.

    I'm happy to see that you'll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth for an upcoming vacation! You're going to have an incredible time. Be sure to follow Disney Parks Blog as you approach your arrival date as they will have updates about the theme parks there! 

    I'm happy to let you know that you do not have to visit Disney Springs in order to get your physical ticket card. If you find yourself at Disney Springs before you want to enter the theme parks, great! But I'll list below where you can get these cards as well.

    If you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, you can get a physical card (the Key to the World card) at the Front Desk. I recommend doing this at check-in as this will act as your room key, park ticket, and potentially a payment method for purchases around Disney World Resort. 

    You can also get a physical card outside of any theme park at Guest Relations. A Cast Member there will issue you a physical card. That will allow you to enter the park. Having a physical card is great for people not wanting to purchase MagicBands or use Disney MagicMobile Service.
