    I hear that the Blue Bayou will be opening the end of this month. When can I try and make a reservation?

    Hi Gena! Welcome to planDisney. 

    Yo ho, yo ho, it's a pirate's life for you when you dine at Blue Bayou Restaurant. This iconic location has it all: a delectable menu of Southern favorites (hello, classic Monte Cristo Sandwich!), glow cube cocktails, glowing overhead lanterns...and Pirates of the Caribbean boats drifting by. It's a Disney dream!

    Blue Bayou Restaurant is set to reopen its doors on May 27, 2021, and reservations will be available online beginning May 18, 2021. You will be able to make a reservation for dining up to 60 days in advance of your visit.
