What are the healthiest dining options (resturants) in the PARKS for both quick service and table service?

First off, let me assure you, Heather, that you should be able to find fairly healthy menu options wherever you choose to dine.  That said, some restaurants certainly offer more than others.  Here is a list of my top suggestions for healthier theme park dining:

    Magic Kingdom
Table-service: Cinderella's Royal Table for options like pan-seared salmon and mixed field greens
Counter-service: Cosmic Ray's, notable for it's veggie burger and vegetable wrap options

    Animal Kingdom
Table-service: I like the Tusker House buffet for its wide variety of salads and vegetable-heavy sides.
Counter-service: My choice would be Flame Tree Barbecue where I would opt for either the fruit plate or turkey sandwich.

    Hollywood Studios
Table-service: The Hollywood Brown Derby is my hands-down pick for its wide variety of fresh, light, and healthy choices.
Counter-service: The Studio Catering Company offers a great Greek salad option as well as a vegetable sandwich.

    Epcot
Table-service: I'm torn between Coral Reef for its seafood options and Teppan Edo, where your meats and veggies are grilled before your eyes so you know precisely what you're getting.  Though, Garden Grill is another good choice because many of their menu items are harvested from The Land.
Counter-service: I think I'd go with Sunshine Seasons based on its plentiful options of fresh soups, wraps and sandwiches.

    I hope that helps!
