It's just about time to board your Disney Cruise ship for an enchanted voyage to paradise! As the countdown dwindles, I know how excited you must be to set sail with your favorite crew of
characters.
On embarkation day, you'll receive a mandatory health questionnaire by email, or you can complete it using the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. It's a short list of questions inquiring if anyone in your party has had any gastrointestinal issues in the past 3 days. It will also ask about a fever, runny nose, cough, head or muscle aches, or sore throat. You'll also need to confirm that no one in your party is
24 or more weeks pregnant. One person should complete and sign the questionnaire for the entire stateroom.
