Hi, Perdip! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
As the mother of a child on the autism spectrum, I can certainly understand parents' concerns when traveling with a kiddo who has special needs or any type of health issue. One of the things that keeps my family returning to the
Walt Disney World Resort yEAR after yEAR is their commitment to accommodating all guests and making the magic accessible to everyone.
According to the
Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules, strollers may not be greater than 31 inches wide and 52 inches long. Stroller wagons are also prohibited. I did a quick Google search for a photo of the stroller model that you mentioned. In my opinion, it looks similar in shape to the
double strollers that are available to rent at the Walt Disney World theme parks. I think that as long as your stroller fits within the stated measurement restrictions, you should not have a problem. However, if you are concerned about this, you may want to reach out to
Disability Services. At times, exceptions are made with regard to certain stroller styles due to special needs families using a stroller as a wheelchair.
Perdip, I would also recommend that you stop by
Guest Relations as soon as you arrive at one of the Walt Disney World theme parks. You can discuss your little one's health concerns with a Cast Member to see if there are any accommodations that would be appropriate for your child. When I visit the theme parks with my son, we use
Disability Access Service. This accommodation really helps keep our stress levels low and our pixie dust levels high.
