Hi! I am heaed to WDW next week and I purchased Memory Maker. However, I don't see it listed in my reservation. It says I need to link it? What do I do?

Hi there, Ashley! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

There's just one week until you begin your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I'm so excited for you!

You are going to LOVE having Memory Maker! My family comes home with a ton of photos, and since they are taken by PhotoPass photographers, we have great pictures that include the whole family. Purchasing Memory Maker in advance and saving money makes it even more valuable.

To link Memory Maker, you will go to the website to link reservations and purchases. Then, select "Memory Maker." This will take you to the page to sign in to your My Disney Experience account. Once signed in, you will see a text box where you will enter your Memory Maker ID number. If you do not know where to find your Memory Maker ID number, call (407) 939-5277 to speak with a Cast Member who should be able to assist you in retrieving your reservation number.

I hope this helps get everything straightened out for your trip, Ashley! Please visit us again with any other questions you may have!
