    Does the Headless Horseman ride at the start of both parades or just the 1st? Also, w/ 2 small children would you recommend viewing from Frontierland so there's not so much time b/w HH and the parade, or would it be better to watch from Main St? TY!!

    I am not sure there are multiple runs of Mickey's Boo To You Parade during Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. This is the only parade featuring The Headless Horseman. That said, if and when there were ever two runs, he always kicks off the Boo To You Parade.
    As for parade viewing, I personally always watch from Frontierland. One, for the reason you mentioned, and two, it is less crowded.
