Hi Sheri!

My son and I really love the Wilderness Lodge Resort! We had the opportunity to stay there two times in 2010 and I'm staying there again in October 2011 because I love it so much! My answer for you is definitely yes that it is worth the extra money to stay at the Wilderness Lodge Resort! If you loved eating at the Whispering Canyon Cafe, then you will absolutely love staying in the Wilderness Lodge! Also you took advantage of a Free Disney Dining Offer with your package so you will be saving money on your vacation as well! I will warn you that once you have stayed at a Deluxe Resort it is really hard to go back to a Value Resort on your next trip!

I hope that you make some amazing memories on your next trip to Walt Disney World!
