    Heading to WDW for the 1st time on Feb 5 and I can't wait!! Staying @ POR. Are there any groceries and drug stores nearby?

    I am sure you are very excited about your upcoming trip....just a few days away!

    You are staying at a very favorite resort, Port Orleans!  Both Riverside and French Quarter have shops that carry basic sundries.  Old Key West Resort villas is close where you can find the Conch Flats General Store for groceries. For a larger selection you can hop in a cab for a short ride to Crossroads which is near Downtown Disney. Here you can find a Goodings supermarket which is open 24 hours a day.  There are also a few grocery stores that will deliver.  Check with your resort to see the current list and their phone numbers.
