Hello, Heading WDW 9/1/12 for 6 nights. Have the Disney Dining Plan Plus (1 Counter, 1 Table, 1 Snack). For reservation at Paradiso 37, can we use the Dining Plan to order the prix fixe menu (Called Prime 3 "Course Experience")?

Paradiso 37 is a relatively new favorite of mine, Eric.  My husband and I dined there three times during our last trip. Coming from the southwest, I find it to be the finest Mexican food available at WDW!  Not having dined at Paradiso 37 on the dining plan myself, I didn't know the answer to your question offhand.  I wanted to get the answer for you, though, so I first called Disney dining and was told that dining plan guests are restricted to ordering a la carte items and that the Prime 3 Course Experience was excluded.  The person I spoke with wasn't entirely convincing, though, so I followed up by calling the restaurant directly.  There, I spoke with a delightful young lady who assured me that dining plan guests can indeed order the Prime 3 Course Experience, with a bit of a catch.  Because the salad is considered an appetizer, guests will be billed (right around $3) for that portion of the meal.  I asked if guests could opt not to have the salad and she told me that doing so was not an option; the only option when ordering that particular menu item on the dining plan is to pay out of pocket for the salad.

I know I'm delivering conflicting information, but it seems to me that the individual on site at the restaurant would be more informed with regard to your question, Eric.  I hope that helps!
