We are heading to WDW next week and staying at the Animal Park Lodge. I also see it is scheduled to rain the whole week we are there. What's the best way to still enjoy the parks when it's raining?

Hello Sheryl and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel where the sun is always shining!
You've made a superb choice by opting to stay in the beautifully themed Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge during your upcoming visit next week to the magic of Walt Disney World Resort and I can almost guarantee that you'll enjoy a truly wild time there.
As the current UK Mum on the Panel I am well used to dealing with inclement weather here at home in England, so when I visit Orlando the rain there always seems warm to me, in fact my family and I jokingly refer to Florida rain as liquid sunshine!
In my experience of visiting the Sunshine State of Florida even though the weather reporters might forecast rain each day, rarely does it actually rain all-day-long.  Generally speaking there is always the possibility of an absolute downpour of rain and then, as if by magic the sun comes out again and within minutes it dries up all the wet.
If you should encounter a liquid sunshine kind of day I suggest dressing accordingly by perhaps purchasing a Disney poncho which should be readily available in any Disney merchandise store and then simply carry on having fun and creating unforgettable memories - whatever the weather!
Wishing you an extra magical upcoming visit next week to Walt Disney World Resort where dreams and wishes really can come true.
    Have a great Disney day.
