We are heading to WDW March 14-22 does Disney world do anything special for St. Patrick's Day?

Hello, Stacy!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

I am thrilled to read about your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!  I am sure the excitement is building in your home.  No worries!  March will be knocking on your door before you know it, so let's get started.

Unfortunately, Disney does not go all out for St. Patrick's Day.  However, you will have lots of merchandise to select from such as t-shirts, St. Patrick's Day pins, hats and other "green" items.  Disney certainly wants you to remember that you were at WDW during St. Patrick's Day.

Should you decide to head on down to the Downtown Disney area, you should visit the Irish themed restaurant, Raglan Road.  In the past they have celebrated this special day with music and dancing.
