We are heading to WDW in July 2023 and wondered if my daughter qualifies for a DAS pass. She has recently been diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder for which she is receiving medication.

    Greetings, Mark.

I’m so glad you followed the second star to the right straight on to planDisney today and would be happy to help!

Disability Access Service (DAS) is a complimentary service available to Guests who have difficulty tolerating the lengthy wait times in standby queues due to a disability. To see if your daughter qualifies, stop by the Guest Relations location at the first theme park you visit during your Walt Disney World Resort holiday. The Cast Members there will ask a series of questions to determine whether your daughter meets the qualifications or not. If she does, a Cast Member will also assist in setting up her first DAS selections of the day and answer any questions you might have. If she qualifies and you need assistance with DAS in any way throughout the day, the Guest Experience Team Cast Members can help. They can be found at the locations marked with blue umbrellas throughout the parks.

Mark, I hope this information proves useful. Please stop by again if we can be of further assistance. Have a magical day, and say hi to Tinker Bell for me!

    Think happy thoughts,

    Alyssa
