Hi, We are heading to WDW in July. We have a park hopper ticket but not sure my in laws do, if they wanted to do breakfast with the princesses at Cinderella's castle does that mean they can only enter Magic Kingdom for that day?

    Hi Corey,

A multi-generation family trip to Disney World is extra magical. We regularly travel with grandparents to the most magical place on earth and there is nothing better than sharing that magic with the people your kids love most!

If your in-laws do not have a park hopper ticket, they will only be able to enter one theme park per day. That means that if you dine at Cinderella's Royal Table with them, they will only be able to explore the Magic Kingdom that day. This restaurant is inside the theme park and requires theme park admission to be able to access it. Luckily, Magic Kingdom has more than enough to do to fill an entire day of rides and attractions.

There is so much to do at Magic Kingdom, that I recommend not trying to tackle it all without the support of Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lanes. The Disney Genie+ service enables you to skip the line and enter the Lightning Lane for multiple attractions throughout the day for a small fee. This helps to significantly increase the amount of attractions you get to visit because you will spend less of your day waiting in lines. Individual Lighting Lanes are available to purchase for a single attraction at Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and TRON Lightcycle / Run. These are typically the most sought-after rides at Magic Kingdom and the lines can be significant on super busy days.

If your in-laws change their minds and want to park-hop with you, they can always upgrade their ticket either at Guest Services or in the My Disney Experience app

    Happy Planning,
