    We are heading to WDW January 1! Will the gingerbread house still be up at the Grand Floridian then? Do you know when they start to take it down? We've seen it in the past and it's AMAZING! Thank you!

    Oh, Tami, it looks like you're going to just miss the Gingerbread house at the Grand Floridian.  I agree with you that it is an amazing creation.  I especially love the sweet smells that waft from within.  Unfortunately, the gingerbread house officially closes on December 31st and will be removed the next day.  I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news; I would have loved for you to experience it again!
