We are heading to WDW in the first week of February. Parks close around 7 or 8 most nights. What time do the night time parades and fireworks happen at that time of year?

    Hi, Kristine!

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel!

When planning your days, keep an eye on Walt Disney World Park Calendars, which are updated often; you'll see all four theme park and both water park hours at a glance. Events such as parades and fireworks will be posted.

Until then, look at upcoming nights when there are no special events in a park; note the time a parade or fireworks take place in relation to park close. For example, Wishes nighttime spectacular often takes place around park close, with a parade about an hour prior to that. Also, don't miss Celebrate the Magic, a stunning light show which transforms Cinderella Castle into many spectacular things; you'll be amazed!

Epcot's IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth will likely be at 9:00 p.m., so plan to be at a water view then. This is a classic nighttime event you won't want to miss!

Disney's Animal Kingdom Park at Night is evolving with many spectacular events; check on experiences frequently as your plans firm up for your upcoming visit. This park feels entirely different at night, so plan accordingly!

Finally, Disney's Hollywood Studios entertainment is not-to-be missed. Be sure to close the park down so that you can enjoy all the magic.

Send questions as you plan, Kristine; we love to help!
