Heading to WDW for first time next month! Question about parks! We have 2 littles with us. We decided not to do the park hopper option and only go to 1 park/day. Are we able to leave and return 2 the same park or do we have to stay until ready 2 leave park

    Hi there, Kate!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited to hEAR you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort for the first time next month!

I think you are very wise to only visit one park per day with two little ones in tow! I'm thrilled to tell you that you're more than welcome to leave and return to the same park on the same day with your 1 Park Per Day Ticket. You do not need the Park Hopper Option in order to do so. In fact, my family always leaves in the middle of the day to return to our Disney Resort hotel in order to take a nap or dip in the pool and then return to the park in the early evening to enjoy the nighttime activities.

You're going to be amazed at just how many attractions and entertainment options your little ones will be able to experience during your vacation. If you find one of your children does not meet the minimum height requirement for a particular attraction, be sure to utilize Rider Switch. I highly recommend taking advantage of FastPass+ service in order to decrease your wait for many of the most popular attractions and experiences. If you've not done so already, download My Disney Experience mobile app to manage your vacation plans, view attraction wait times and book FastPass+ selections and dining reservations while on the go.

I hope this information has been helpful, Kate! Let us know if you have any new questions. We would love to assist you further in planning a magical first trip!
