Heading to WDW in 12 days! Do you feel Boardwalk evening entertainment is more for adults? Our kids are 14, 12, 7 & 1...would love to take dh to ESPN for dinner, better w/out kids or would they enjoy it also? Thanks so much!

    Hello Amber,

I think the BoardWalk is great for everyone - and it can an experience for adults and for families. It's what you make of it.

The BoardWalk comes to life at night with street performers and carnival games. And it is lined with food vendors with cheap offerings. So you could easily do a date with your husband at the ESPN Club while the kids are enjoying the fun activities outside. But don't feel like you have to leave the kids behind...I've taken my daughter to the ESPN Club. She loves to watch the big game there too!

Afterwards, you can make the evening romantic or family friendly by renting a surrey bike and riding along the pier. Or if you do decide to make it a night for just the two of you, end the night at Atlantic Dance Hall.

I love the BoardWalk so much, I say you should make it a two night affair - one for the family and one for date night!

    Hope this helps!

My family loves our Main Street in Ohio. But there's simply no comparison to Main Street U.S.A.! We don't get to Disney quite as often as I'd like, but that just means finding new ways to sprinkle Pixie Dust on our adventures! Learn More About Monina
