    Heading to WDW in April 2014. Thinking that 4/22 will be our day in AK. Are there any Earth Day activities planned? Thanks for the tip!

    Hi Amy,

    The Walt Disney World does make a point to celebrate Earth Day each year, particularly at Animal Kingdom. The Disney Parks Blog recently published a sneak peek of this year's Earth Day events and other Animal Programs special activities.

    More detailed announcements of the day's activities will be posted closer to April 22, so I suggest keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as Earth Day approaches.
