Hello Laura!
Welcome to planDisney! What a sweet way to spend Valentine's Day with your loved ones in Walt Disney World Resort!
I reached out to a Cast Member and did some research myself. The
Standard rooms at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort only sleeps up to 5 adults plus one infant which is a child under the age of 3. The only rooms that can go higher in headcount are the Ambassador VP Suite-Club Level, King Kamehameha Suite-Club Level and the Bungalows. All of these options are honestly much harder to get and I recommend contacting
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations to speak with someone about getting one of them. You could also consider trying to get another room in the same Resort and splitting up your party.
Another option that could work comfortably is to book a family suite at
Disney's Art of Animation Resort. These rooms have two bathrooms and three large beds for your family and can sleep up to 6 adults. There are a few family suites at
Disney's All-Star Music Resort which also can sleep up to 6 adults and have been recently renovated. If you want to stay at a deluxe level my search is showing some availability at
Disney's BoardWalk Inn for their 2 Bedroom Suite- Club Level that sleeps up to 9 adults.
Now, staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel has so many perks and is my preferred way to visit Walt Disney World. All guests who are in a room must be listed in the reservation so that everyone gets the same perks such as
Early Park Entry and the 7 AM
Individual Lightning Lane purchase option.
I do hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any more questions.
