Hi there, Amberly!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your spooktacular Disney Cruise Line vacation is just around the corner and I know you must be eagerly counting down these last few days! What an adventure you will have, and I am thrilled for you and the fun that awaits you onboard.
While all Disney Cruise Line vacations are full of excitement and magic, there is something about the
Halloween-themed voyages that my family can’t get enough of! Each year we find ourselves seeking out a Halloween on the High Seas itinerary to go on and they are always so much fun! Perhaps it’s because we don’t get to experience a “true Fall” in Texas so we enjoy the decorations and activities that help get us in the fall mood…or maybe it’s the onboard trick-or-treating…or perhaps it’s just VACATION!! No matter what, the voyage you are about to embark on will be one that you will remember for a long time!
Unfortunately, schedules of onboard entertainment and activities are not finalized and available until you are onboard, so I cannot say with certainty whether the meet and greet with Jack Skellington and Sally will be on the same night as the Halloween festivities. Looking back on the past few years of my own family’s voyages, one year it happened to fall on the same night and another it did not. So, unfortunately, I cannot guarantee one way or another for your specific itinerary. Once you arrive at Port Canaveral for embarkation you will receive a Voyage Navigator that will have an overview of your week at sea and then once onboard you can access the Daily Navigators on the
Navigator app which will have a complete schedule of activities, entertainment and character greetings.
As you continue last-minute preparations for your FANTAStic adventure at sea, be sure to glance through the
packing list that Disney Cruise Line provides for any last-minute needs. And if this is your first voyage with Captain Mickey, I recommend bringing a lanyard for each Guest to keep their Key to the World card handy while onboard!
Wishing you an amazing voyage with many memories made,
Stephanie
