    Hi moms. I am heading to Florida again in October. I plan on buying the food plan if it is not free again. My question is if I have table service credits left and have no reservations and no options, can I use a table credit at a quick service place?

    Hello, Amy,

    How wonderful to already know you are returning to Florida this fall.  To use a table service credit for a counter service restaurant is technically not permitted.  However, you may find some flexibility as some restaurants may permit this to happen.  You'd need to check with the restaurant manager prior to dining. 

    To help make the most of your dollar, though, I'd still try to dine at a table service restaurant if you have credits remaining.  If you visit www.disneyfoodblog.com and do a search for Table Service Without a Reservation, you can read a handful of articles to help solve the problem you are concerned you may be facing in October. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised to see how many restaurants often have availability.  You can also stop by Guest Relations at any of the parks and ask about what table service dining is available.  They will be able to check all the parks and resorts on your behalf.
